Fiberglass Control Damper Airfoil Blade

The CD-FRP Damper is a corrosion-resistant control damper engineered for use in industrial ventilation systems where exposure to corrosive environments is a concern. Constructed from high-performance composite materials, it is designed to regulate airflow while maintaining structural integrity under high static pressures and velocities. Ideal for applications in chemical processing, wastewater treatment, and other demanding environments. 

The damper ensures minimal leakage and reliable performance.

Construction & Materials

• Frame: Vinyl ester resin with polycarbonate jamb seal
• Blade: Vinyl ester resin with EPDM seal
• Bearing: Molded PTFE
• Axles: Available in ¾” diameter FRP or stainless steel
• Blade Seals: Options include EPDM, silicon rubber, polycarbonate jamb, and stainless steel
